Like so many others, Diet Ultima claims to be the best diet pill that money can buy. It reports that it can help you lose weight in several ways thanks to its combination of fruits and antioxidants, all proven to help fight fat.
There are a few alarm bells ringing, however, almost immediately, and it seems worth taking a closer look at Diet Ultima first to see just how effective it could be as a weight loss supplement. Before we go any further, let’s look at those red flags;
- Instantly, it is incredibly difficult to find a credible website for Diet Ultima. A Google search provides limited information and some ‘quirky’ reviews that are written in very broken English with absolutely no hard evidence to support them at all.
- No ingredient list, it’s also very difficult to find a definitive list of ingredients for Diet Ultima (we found one in the end, we’ll get to that later).
- A big no for us is the claim that Diet Ultima can help you lose weight without changing your diet or exercising at all. In our opinion, there is a not a supplement manufactured that should make such claims and the most reputable brands will always suggest its pills are used in conjunction with a healthy eating plan and regular exercise.
- More disturbingly however, is the fact that Diet Ultima is linked to an autoship program. This is a free trial offer which charges the customer after a number of days or weeks. These are generally very hard to cancel and are known to be notorious money making scams. No legitimate supplier of a quality diet supplement would need to sell their product this way.
What is Diet Ultima?
Before we cast Diet Ultima off, however, we need to take a look at it properly to see what’s going on.
Firstly, Diet Ultima claims to utilise the very best fruit extracts and antioxidants to help fight fat in a number of ways while maintaining lean muscle.
It’s a bold claim and one that should be questioned heavily, after all, there is little (if any) scientific evidence to support this, and after claiming that this pill will work without the need for exercise, it’s unlikely that it will have anything but a negative effect on muscle mass, if it has any effect at all.
Its primary ingredient is Raspberry Ketone, which we know to be a proven fat fighter, but we also know that this particular ingredient is only effective if it is of a certain quantity and quality, which we have no way of ascertaining with Diet Ultima.
How does it claim to work?
Alongside Raspberry Ketone, Diet Ultima also contains Green Coffee Beans, Garcinia Cambogia, Guarana, Citrus Aurantium, and White Kidney Bean. On paper, this is the Rolls Royce of diet pills. But in reality, there is no information about their quantities.
This means Diet Ultima could tell you it contained absolutely anything it wanted, but there is no way of knowing how much, if any at all, there actually is in each pill.
The idea behind this combination of ingredients is that each one works on fat in a different way, some boost metabolism, some prevent the absorption of fat within the digestive system, some help to melt away fat that is already stored.
The inclusion of Green Coffee Beans, Guarana, and Citrus Aurantium make this pill a potent stimulant in many respects. This causes its own problems, particularly since the use of Citrus Aurantium is largely considered controversial since it is often considered the legal, natural, alternative to Ephedra.
Is it effective?
There have been absolutely no clinical trials carried out with the Diet Ultima blend of ingredients and any trials on specific ingredients are independent and in no way affiliated to the brand or its formula.
Without specifics regarding these ingredients, there is no way to be certain that it is effective, but it’s reasonable to presume that any effect would be minimal at best.
What do customers say?
A glaring error on the part of Diet Ultima has been its use of so-called celebrity endorsements that have been proven false, often plagiarised, nonsense. There is nothing in the way of customer reviews online that appear to be genuine, be they positive or negative.
What reviews there are online are from independent researchers who, like ourselves, have found the brand to be less than appealing.
Alternatives worth considering
Of all the ingredients featured in the Diet Ultima formula, Green Coffee is the one with the most credibility as a weight loss aid.
When featured in an adequate amount, this natural extract has been proven to help burn more calories and lower cholesterol. Clinical evidence shows that it is one of the best fat burners money can buy.
A good quality Green Coffee supplement should contain around 1000mg of pure extract per serving.
One of the best supplements we have reviewed is Optimus Green Coffee – you can find out how it works in our recent review.
